Artwork: You can send us your art in ANY application or file type. Mac or PC, it’s all OK by us, but here is the ideal if you want your passes to turn out their best.
We are an all digital shop, and EVERYTHING we get, even illustrator or quark files, get turned into a 300 DPI JPEG. It is best if you make this conversion on your end, and will yield the closest pass to what you have designed. 300 DPI at 3X5 maximum, not including 1/8th inch all the way around, and 7/8th of an inch at the top for the badge slot, where you don’t want words cut off if you are designing laminates. Your artwork should “bleed” but don’t put the text too close to the top. Badges look better when they “hang”, with plenty of room between the top and the words or main logo near the top/middle, and the “tag” IE, All Access, VIP, Etc near the bottom.
